EaseMyTrip Flight, Hotel, Bus 4+

I have been using EaseMyTrip for several years and am highly satisfied; there was never any hassle or glitch at any stage. Their unique plus point is that they do not charge any convenience or processing fees, unlike other apps of portals. However, it is high time that EaseMyTrip introduces the following facilities, which are badly missed by many including myself: 1. Seat selection (by paying extra if needed). 2. Inflight meal booking. 3. Extra baggage advanced booking. 4. Online check-in. 5. Generate e-boarding passes. For a huge company like EaseMyTrip, it is difficult to understand why they are not tying up with the airlines in order to provide these very useful extra facilities. Besides, EasyMyTrip should start their own Loyalty Program.

By mistake I booked my flight 27july from vistara mujhe 27june ka karna but on the spot meine cancel kiya flight vistara airlines ka throw nd this is rule ki agar ap 1 week ka andar flight cancel karte ho toh apko full refund milega vistara airlines said ki maam ap 5-7 working days ruk jao apko apka full refund mill jayaga i was ok.. but after the 1week meine airlines ko call kiya he said ki maam refund humari taraf se full chala gya hai ap easy my trip walo se baat kar lo meine bola ok meine easy my trip customer care ko call kiya and they said ki maam apko humare web site pe jaa kar bhi cancel karna padega meine bola ok i said ki please can you guide me unhone bola yes maam ap application pe jaa ka kijiye cancel pura guide kiya kaise cancel karna hai and then next day i got a mail from easy my trip ki mera refund only 1000 rs aayega uss mein unhone bola ki airlines charge 7420 hai but airlines ne koi charges nai lagaya meine airlines se bhi baat ki unhone full amount refund diya hai yeh logo ne mujhe miss guide kiya aur ab bol rahe hai ki apne humare website pe full refund mein cancelled nai kiya what is this meine yeh log ka guide karne pe pura process kiya nd they said ki meine kiya hai what is this Nonsense mera saath frud kiya customer care bilkul bhi support nai karte voh log ko khud knowledge nai hai very bad experience 3rd class company i am very disappointed please koi bhi yeh application ke throw tickets mat book kijiye this is frud company

Extremely disappointed with call center service doesn’t give any support to customer. I was standing in the freezing cold night at Majnu Ka Tila, Delhi waiting for bus from 8.30 pm to 1 am neither bus came nor operator gave any response. He was just saying “Babuji bus Kashmiri gate se nikal gaya hai jam laga hai thodi der bad aayega” same reply from 9 pm to 1 am. Neither allow me to board any other bus nor his bus came. It was so horrible experience for me. Police officer came to me and said be careful with your baggage mobile and purse. Don’t trust this transporter’s they are concerned with money only. I have given one star to this app coz can’t give less other wise from my side it’s MINUS TEN (-10). I don’t know this company will refund my money or not.
Stop pretending you care for customer. Customer care is calling and saying give us good ratings WHY??? For refund of ticket money. Do you think customer is fool? I have spend for one day hotel stay, food and taxi for going to hotel and coming back for catching next bus and new ticket with additional payment. These are cash expenses who will pay this???? And trouble and problems can’t count in terms of money. I have already stopped using your app
