With a yearly subscription you get full and ongoing access to all available calendars including (live) updates in your calendar. A subscription always starts with a one-month free trial, so you can try before you buy. A subscription costs $1.99 per year. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase and after the 1 month free trial.The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current 1 year period. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings. Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed.

Great UI and easy to use
Just a few suggestions:
1. Add a graphical 'today' view like in Calendar
2. Allow pasting the same event on multiple days. Currently the copy/paste mode ends after you paste it once, and you need to re-copy the event to paste it on another day.
3. Allow setting a default duration for events. It currently creates a 1 hour event by default (The end date is 1 hour past the start date).

I must admit. I was disappointed.
The double lines that partition each day as well as the slightly grayish shade for the TODAY, which causes me to pause and really think about which day is active today, is a big mistake.
Also, when you tap the day header, you get a list of events in a seperate window. The size of each event in the window is also reduced.
All in all a very disappointing update.
Though the delete button in the event creation addition was good.
Sorry, now I'll have to look for something else.
