Our delivery agents scatter throughout every nook and cranny of your town and take the ASAP term seriously. We also deliver food late at night at the same lightning speed. We also deliver food at the same rate.
Call the restaurant no more to check if your order is prepared or picked. At Eatiko, you can track order from the restaurant to your door.

Suggestion
I would like to suggest enhancing the 'My Orders' section by incorporating a timestamp for order placement, offering a detailed breakdown of payment methods (cash, bank, etc.), displaying the name of the delivery partner, providing real-time order status updates, showing estimated delivery times, and introducing a convenient one-click 'Reorder' functionality to ensure a seamless and improved user experience.
Worst Application ever
Eatiko app was popular in our region and was helpful until the worst experience occurred. Although there is no tracking in the app, we need to wait for the phone call of the delivery boy. When we placed an order today for a couple of dishes, the order was delivered after one and a half hour. In between one of the dishes became unavailable. And it was replaced and then delivered. When we called the restaurant, they said it was picked up and within 15 mins the order will be delivered. Delivery boy was not answering the phone at the first place. We tried to reach out to the customer care of Eatiko, and they didn’t picked up the call. And when picked up, it was mentioned that the delivery boy will be contacting within 10 mins. We waited and no calls. When we dialed customer care again, no response. After 2-3 calls he picked up and I addressed the issue. At last the order was delivered after 1 and a half hour.
Where can we complain about this issue. Where is the escalation process. We didn’t order anything else and was waiting for the order. We didn’t opt for a takeaway until the limit was crossed. Neither of them provided valid resolution. We had our dinner because we were starving. As it was late enough the items weren’t hot enough.
I’m not regretting to say that this is the worst app ever. And I’m uninstalling the app and will address this issue. You might loose a customer or you might loose your reputation.

Eatiko delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. The app’s user-friendly interface made ordering a breeze, and the real-time tracking ensured my meal arrived promptly. The food was delicious and well-packaged, maintaining its quality during delivery. Overall, Eatiko exceeded my expectations for a top-notch delivery service. Highly recommended!
