Food was ok as well as d service. Not much to say. Ordered a soup and appetiser. And had specifically mentioned to keep the appetiser on hold. The soup came followed by the appetiser in just 45 sec.
What they want me to do eat the soup and appetiser together. 9 staff on the floor and 2 in d bar I saw at least 11 staff just 5 tables in d restaurant. Felt like they want to rush me off in an empty restaurant. Ordered some beer and requested for 2 glasses got a room temperature glass. Just nearby a group of customers celebrating birthday with beer tower and they were given chilled glass. So many staff man just chit chatting on d floor. My server served d soup and d food runner comes with appetiser just in 45 sec.. Nothing to say just had it took my time and left.

Weak organisation

I worked for the company for about 6 months seeing the working standards I would like to inform each and everyone that the coordinaton with restaurants is very weak. Working with this company you’re more of a liability to them instead of being an asset. I worked hard for my incentives and was not provided with any in the last month. Inspite of informing my managers I was ignored. Talking about the managers, we live in a modern world where everything depends on respect. No one will work with you if you’re abusive, extending shifts everyday, being biased and using politics to solve your problems in the department. There are many cases where we got abused by office staff, restaurants and customers. Being a part of the company means being an asset not a labour. I will not take names but I definitely want you people to understand that you should appreciate the hardwork of your employees. Don’t expect me to delete my review as everything written above is an observation and a feedback from my end for your company. I’m not looking for any compensation or anything else. I just want to inform you guys that more people will resign if you treat people like a liability and abuse them because of your own stress. I hope this will provide a strong impact and i hope to see changes in your working standards.

Terrible first experience

Booked at Aquafire in Vile Parle East. The app accepted a waitlisted booking and ten minutes later confirmed the booking for 8pm instead of 8:30 p.m. I called up EazyDiner customer care to confirm and was told there would be a wait time of 15-20mins despite the booking being confirmed for 8pm and that I could reach by 8:15pm. On reaching the restaurant, the manager expressed surprise that the booking had been confirmed by EazyDiner when he had not confirmed the same. Worst, I found out the booking management / confirmation happened orally over phone and not through systems. This meant there was no way to confirm what the restaurant manager was saying and what EazyDiner said. Finally after a 45 minutes wait, we were allotted a table at 9pm. EazyDiner maintained the delay was on account of festive time and a lot of rush owing to families eating out. Restaurant manager said EazyDiner does such things for business and that there is poor coordination at back end. Terrible terrible experience. Still, sticking with the app for the discount offers and for the complimentary two months free membership on my Citi card, shall take a call later on whether to stick with or discontinue.
