Purchases getting populated with old archived items

The items which were archived long ago are appearing under purchases tab after downloading the latest update. This need to be rectified immediately.Even after the latest update few minutes ago, the issue is not resolved. Is eBay listening? Do they bother?

there is no way to contact ebay from India, it’s not easy. Neither i can connect on chat or email, even when it’s covid times; when i returned two denims to a seller and seller is simply not initiating my refund. When after hell lot of efforts i got an option to write to Ebay, there Customer Care simply said it’s delayed, and work with seller. I had returned the denims asap and seller accepted it. I have proof of emails and shipping. But she (seller) is now not replying even... it’s becoming a scam ! There should some way to punish such sellers, and kaw should be enforced upon such sellers!Ebay customerservice is pathetic i would say. Wastage of money and time. Better don’t use it if you are not in USA. it’s a failure snd scam for non-USA people.Similar to above experience i lost 2-3 items and sellers never came back with any help or connected ebay. It’s way more pathetic than it was earlier!

I have been selling on eBay for over 5 years and invested countless hours building my business, listing thousands of items, and following eBay’s policies. Unfortunately, my account was permanently restricted based on automated system detections that I believe did not accurately reflect the actual outcomes of my transactions.Several cases that contributed to the restriction were later resolved in my favor, including “Item Not Received” and “Item Not as Described” claims. Many of the orders were ultimately delivered, some buyers left positive feedback, and funds were released after case reviews. Despite this, the restriction remained in place.My concern is that automated systems may not always consider the full context of seller performance, delivery confirmations, customs delays, or final case outcomes. I hope eBay improves its review process and provides greater transparency and meaningful manual reviews before taking permanent actions that can affect a seller’s livelihood.This review reflects my personal experience as a long-term seller.
