My epw cannot be opened on this app

I already have a subscription of EPW, but the app shows no option of accessing my already paid up subscription. In order to read content on iPad, I will have to pay again via this app.
To summarise, the app is useless to me. I will just have to read the magazine on web browser.

Worst App

I had once subscribed the app. Didn’t like the content very much. The content is good but the price we are paying doesn’t justify the quality.
Moreover, I didn’t subscribed the second time but amount has been deducted from my card. I am wondering how to stop further direct deduction from my card

Dysfunctional app on iPad- don’t make purchase on it

I did the purchase on app of certain issue of the magazine. The money got deducted but I could not register or login into the app. As a result the purchase item is not visible. I have placed request for the refund now.
