Not satisfactory
When I made the payment the page says that "payment cannot be processed" but my account got debited. This is the second time same thing happened to me. I think there is some software issue. Please look into this matter.
No manpower
The worst support ever. The only support they offer is whatsapp, and I messaged them for 3 days with no response. On 4th day I messaged them with very harsh words, then the person finally replies. The reason I'm given that I did not get any answer is he was on sick leave. So just a tip to other people if u can see them online and they are not replying start abusing them. The replies u get will not be in good understandable English. This is some beggar company that pulled some strings and somehow got this contracts. They are not a professional company.
Payment issues haven’t been fixed for 6 months
I have tried paying for term 1 and term 2 via the app. Unfortunately the payment via credit cards do not go through. The customer support is of no use as no one responds to the calls or emails. After 6 months while I try to do my term 2 fee, I have the same issue. For 6 months they haven’t fixed the issue. Worst product in the market. Should be taken out.
