This app automatically shuts down and requires iPhone users to register again and again. I have iPhone 11 and the latest iOS version. But this app isn’t working properly. The most frustrating thing is that you can’t register for more than 5 times. The limit should be unlimited because many iPhone users are facing this issue. Either they should update the app or they should make the registration limit unlimited.

This is the third class app with third class technical support people. With lot of difficulty, I managed to get visa for my parents who came for my delivery in Qatar. And because of this stupid app they are not able to enter hospital!!!! App is throwing “object reference error” every time I try to register. Error itself is not clear! App developers didn’t put effort in using try catch block and showing actual exception! There is no physical center where we can go and fix the issue because they don’t know how to solve one! Technical support people are just saying your issue will be solved soon! When exactly???????? When I have already delivered and alone in the hospital??? When my parents’s visa cannot be extended because they cannot enter hospital to do their medical tests????? I will just tag king of Qatar and complain about Ehteraz application company on twitter now if this issue is not resolved for me!

Hi, this is so so frustrating, called 4 times , pawned of with same excuse all the time , reset phone wait 10 minutes , during calls had to top up phone, now after 2 hours still not any closer , they even said use a friends phone as I don’t have a second phone ? Only in Qatar, I am now awaiting engineering department to call my back ? The company who organized this app are not user friendly towards I phone users and this needs to be addressed ASAP not a month before World Cup as lots of people use I phones world wide,
