Major offline sync improvements with intelligent folder deletion detection that properly handles Alfresco trash/recycle bin scenarios. Enhanced connectivity monitoring to distinguish between true offline states and VPN connections, preventing unnecessary sync interruptions. Implemented comprehensive three-pass sync process: existing file updates, new file detection in offline folders, and new folder discovery with deletion verification. Added rename functionality with proper permission checks and system folder protection. Improved UI with updated color scheme and enhanced visual feedback. Fixed pagination issues in folder browsing to prevent UI jumps during navigation. Enhanced error handling for server communication with detailed logging for debugging. Updated department icons with new color scheme. Improved offline mode indicator to only trigger on true connectivity loss. Added robust folder deletion verification that checks parent-child relationships to detect items moved to trash. Enhanced conservative deletion logic that prevents accidental data loss while properly cleaning up truly deleted content. Updated test suite for better reliability.

New upload menu: create folders, take pictures, upload from gallery, or upload documents. Camera and gallery uploads are now direct and support multi-image selection. Improved file naming and UI. Permissions for camera and storage are required to take or select photos and upload documents. Local network permission is needed if your organization uses on-premise servers.
