One of the worst customer care they have...
I’m behind them for almost 3 month for refund .. but still i couldn’t get it...
All travels refund without penalties for cancellation of flight due to COVID -19 situation. but they are charging for that also, saying online charge. even for infant also ( more than ticket rate). i accept that one also. still they are not refunding.. everytime they will say new stories..
please be careful and stay away from this website.

Due to covid-19 Our office was closed and open recently, The delay of refund not from our side & covid19 travel restriction period 10KD is refund charge of civilaviation approval.Once we receive a refund from the airline, we will credit customer's account (card used for payment) within 60 days if there is no problem with customer card.investigate more about your feedback please message the details on our WhatsApp 909 567 88 with your feedback name
