Not opening the app

I am trying to open the app but it says new update available.Please update. And when I click on update button it opens App store but there are no new updates available. This message pops up every time. Needs improvement.

Created with good intention but not working properly

Annual appraisal tab is not working in iPhone since more than 3 months. Only quarterly appraisal is moving/working. Kindly update the app.
