Amazing but a little more cheap

Hi , your app is amazing but you can make it more cheaper so more people can join your app or see your app cause if it’s expensive or asking money most people won’t actually not come to your app

Auto debit of ₹819/- even without App on phone

I have installed the Idioms App on my IPhone on 4th September 2019, to see the trial version. As a mandate have agreed for the payment terms before installation. As the trial version was getting expired I deleted the App from phone on 6th September 2019. Else I would have to pay ₹ 819/- per week as per the payment terms.

Surprisingly the amount was deducted from my credit card and I am not sure why this happened in spite of not having the App on my phone and when I am not using further. This is a big flaw in the App for not checking on the active installations and just deducting the amounts from the credit cards. This is not at all appreciated. In a way this is deceiving people.

There is no response from the support team inspire of writing mails. Hence mentioning this in reviews. Request the team to return the funds debited asap. And stop cheating people!

This app is under developed

I feel this app could be way more better than the current version. Word label takes a lot of time to go up to form a sentence and you literally have to wait for a second to click on another word. Gamification process of the app is pretty boring. Free version of this app is not as exciting as apps like Duolingo. Features like daily streak and points table could be more enticing if added. Content is good but could be done in more fun way. Also, the subscription model is way to high for app like this. UI and UX is pretty bad. This app could use more animations.
Favourite option on puzzle would be more useful if added.
