Hello there, I am a ALLEN classroom student and i am very happy to use this app as it runs smoothly and don’t have any issue . But A problem has to be fixed in your app i.e. When Any Assignment or Notes are uploaded in that and when we open it pdf opens BUT (as a ipad user) when we touch that pdf on APPLE PENCIL app SUDDENLY STOPS WORKING! and by this problem i cannot write or solve on that pdf by using apple pencil. HOPE YOU WILL FIX THE PROBLEM, So we can write or solve the question on that app by using apple pencil.

The most Useless App ever
Can’t watch class recordings after they become 7 days old ! This app doesn’t work. There is an option to ask doubts But when i send my doubt i recieve a message “no faculty assigned to your batch”. We have not even been explained by allen faculty to how to use the apps neither did we receive any feedback request. This app is full of bugs. THE SCREEN DOESN’T ROTATE ON IPHONE. THE VOICE LAGS ALOT. AND THE AUDIO DISCONNECTS as soon as you simultaneously use whatsapp to check the test paper questions. Feels more like a raw app that has been launched without testing !
This app frustrates me because the features on this app are just like a show piece ! This app can just be used to watch live classes on the same day and receive test results. This app is useless as we had those features even on allen bpms or zoom.
Never expected such an app from a professional respected institution like allen. But the inconvenience is making me lose respect for the platform.
Please resolve these issues !

Too many issues
I’m an iPad user. The app has so many bugs which need to be fixed. Mentioning some which get on my nerves-
1. Whenever I open any assignment or document in Allen plus app, it does open, but then option to go on the previous page disappears. I’m left with no option except to switch off my system altogether and reopen the app.
2. If at I write anything on the document, it happens so that I’m unable to erase some of the stuff that I’ve written. I’ve no other option left except to leave my written text just the way it is.
3. If at all my meeting stops in between, all of a sudden, in spite of strong Internet connection, I’m unable to leave the meeting, and I’m compelled to switch off my system with the meeting in background.
4. It happens so many a times that the app never opens even if I’ve restarted my system for a couple of times.
Kindly look into the issues at the earliest. It’s very tough to manage with these problems, when it is known to the institution that we have classes for 5-6 hours everyday.
