App not available in India
I was using the app since last 2 months, the performance of the app and buying/selling of metals/commodities was fast. The disadvantage was that every time you come out of the app and go back we need to login with user name / password ( there was no facial recognition ) which makes it tedious and with the new update the App is not available in India.
A follow up to the review given before. I had contacted customer service who was very prompt on reply and query resolution. Within 48 hours they have replied back. Now I am able to access the app from India and more we we have facial recognition to enter the app ( no password typing every time ). Impressed by the customer service. Thank You
