It’s great. I’m using it for a long time and I like their service. I use my fingerprint in the app but I can’t access it now. My fingerprint doesn’t work and I have to use my MPIN. Overall its good. I hope you can fix this issue for me.

Slow and frequently unresponsive
The app interface is good, the features are good but the app itself is unresponsive and crashes frequently. The app is unable to run in the background and you need to enter your pin or fingerprint again and again. Even with that the app won’t show any data, the positions and holding will be shown as zero, the request will be timed out, etc. Apps from other platforms can run even on 2G speed but it’s almost impossible to run this app seamlessly even at 40mbps. This app needs huge improvement.
