It’s a wonderful app- perhaps the best note taking app out there for iOS. However, there are a couple of text editing issues I’d very much like to see fixed. First, upon reopening the app from background, the text editing panel right above the keyboard simply vanishes. I’ve come across a lot of reviews here stating the same issue, but much to my dismay it hasn’t been addressed yet. Please fix this. As of now, the only way to bring it back is to swipe down the keyboard (hide it) and then, tap anywhere in the text (keyboard along with text editor pops up). This is pretty annoying. Second, a lot of basic note formatting options available in the desktop version are missing from the iOS version. These include table insertion, font change option and horizontal rule insertion. I request the developer to include these features.
Wonderful app but billing problems
Cathy AB
I have been using Evernote for a year, and recently paid my subscription for another year. However, this is not showing in my apps. The “current” plan shows “Free” plan though I paid 1499 for the year. In the app itself it shows that my subscription will expire on 23 Jan 2023, so somewhere something has been updated though it doesn’t reflect in my app itself. It asks me to “upgrade” to personal. The upgrade will cost me another 1999, so I am hesitating because I feel insecure about asking for a refund of the amount I have already paid. There is a limit set on downloads in the “free” plan, so suddenly I may find that I have reached the limit and then have to wait for the month to be over. This is inconvenient because I use the app for all my work and studies. I have logged out and logged back in as well as “updated” so these are not the issues.I wish it was easier to contact billing to find out what the problem is and have it fixed. When I navigate to billing, it shows me lists of articles. One simple “contact us” button which takes me to a page where I can report a problem that directly that connects me to a human being on the other side would be a very useful option.
Fantastic app with less editing option in pdf
diana340
I have been using evernote since a month and the thing which extremely discomforted me is that there are less editing options in the pdf attachment uploaded on evernote. I am unable of mark anything on the pdf using my apple pencil, neither i can highlight it, and when i try it with annotate option provided, the app turns slow. I liked onenote compared to evernote particularly in this feature as it gives flexibility of annotating with the apple pencil in the pdf attachment.I kindly request you to fix this issue.

Evernote a fantastic product but need some bug fixes
Pankaj joshi
I've been using Evernote for past 12 Years, and it's greatly improved my productivity. The ability to create, organize, and search notes is fantastic. The Web Clipper and multimedia support are particularly useful. Cross-platform sync ensures I can access my notes anywhere, and the task management features help keep me on track. While I agree there are some bugs (like table of contents doesn’t work at times in web browser and never works in mobile app, frequently crashes on iPad app) , and some features require a subscription, but overall I love Evernote and recommend this an invaluable tool for both personal and professional organization.
New features:
- You can now mention a notebook, stack, or space from a note using @
- A new What's New section lets you browse product updates.
- You can now view your tasks grouped by Space.
Bug fixes:
- Improved translations across all supported languages for a more natural and consistent experience
