The best app I have come cross in 2023!

Seriously hands down to this amazing app. This app has actually helped me so much over the past few months. I had been in a very dark place in my life a few months back. So much anxiety, depression and I was too self conscious about what others will think. This app has helped me grow, taught me about self love. There are so many exercises in this app for mental, physical and emotional health. This is a safe place for all the communities and encourages our LGBTQ community as well. Thank you for creating such an amazing app for us!

mental health never better

My mental health wasn't great in 2020, but after finding Evolve, it's all changed. Just looking at their story once a day gives me a learning about how I can be better and it's all I needed for my own self improvement. It is an app that delivers what it promises. My only request would be to have a female voice in some meditations please.
