Love the game

I really love playing this game, but I wish your team could make a few changes in it.
(i) We have an option to have secondary account by connecting it to Facebook but we don’t get it’s notification if we are in the primary account or vice-versa. It would be really helpful if we could get notifications for both the accounts in case if we are not online.
2. I love the culture feature but can we have more avatar option or even a chance to upload our own picture. If we can send a picture message, then why not even allow to keep our picture as an avatar.
3. I used to play War & Order and in the world chat we had a feature to follow opinions shared by other people or comment in it. It’s really tuff to go through all the conversations in the alliance chat and world chat, if we get this feature there then it would be easy to differentiate between what is important and what are people in the server actually talking about.
4. Glitches- I have a good WiFi connection, great mobile internet but somehow the game still keeps on crashing and it happens with everyone. If you can fix that it would be a huge help to everyone.
5. When we are collecting resources like large iron box/ speedups/ food etc then after we claim it, it take the focus back to our keep. It would be really helpful if it would stay at the place where we were collecting those resource, because sometimes it is far away from our keep and you don’t remember the coordinates.

Hey I am Aradhya Jauhari or In game Ad’s Empire. I am Officially playing this game from over 100 Days Now. Just wanna tell if you don’t have 6-7 Hours a day, Or a Ton Of money then still it’s fun but not much.
Dear Team please make some privileges for players who can’t spend or maybe don’t have time. Want to stick people in this game more than make a little easier please. Playing for 250 hours + my power is just 10.3 Million!
I am not saying that stop earning but make this game more worth for players who can’t spend. Still the game is nice and I Hope you had a good feed back and you will make game better.

Pathetic customer services waste of time and money

After spending lots of money in this game the response of customer service is very pathetic and delayed. Lost my account due to Facebook linking error occur due to game glitch. I spend a lot of money in my account. I mailed customer service several time about my issue but their response was just another query after 4-5 days. When I answer them about their query then again they reply after 1 week with another query. I lost my account and all my money and time wasted because of their late attitude. I am facing this problem from 15 days bubble last only for 3 days. Someone attacked me because it’s SVS and rebuilding will cost a lot of money and time. They close all the ticket without solving the problem. Till today my query is not resolved. This game is only for big pocket without any security of the account. So please think before spending in this game.
