Fast deposit and withdrawal

At first I had a issue of deposit bcz when I was depositing I made a mistake that i wrote transaction id instead of utr id every time I call the customer service the answer me and said your money will be credit to your account shortly but later I remembered that I have entered transaction id instead of utr number again at 12 : 45 am I have entered the utr number again I promise you suddenly I have credited the money in my account at 12:46 within a sec I have got a notification if you did any mistake in deposit or withdrawal call customer support and tell the truth they will definitely help you and seriously I suggest this platform for everyone who are in search of best platform for forex

Very bad with withdrawals

The platform was initially good on opening the accounts. I mostly trade in forex . I made the deposits by credit card and the withdrawals are very slow and bad .even sometimes the deposits are also delayed . I had to constantly follow up and send repeated mails to the support system . Even now my withdrawals haven’t happened . And the other issue I faced was during fomc and other high impact news events after placing the order even though my orders were in profits after closing the order it showed losses for which again I had to take screen shots and send mails and raise issues . For the kind of losses I only got back 200 dollars. I am frustrated and disappointed with this trading app . I will never suggest anyone to trade here . I hope the management takes this seriously. Even my trading friend also faced the same issue .

Money deposit issues on a regular basis

I have deposited 50k to trade today. The transfer happened immediately however the amount of money never reflected in my account. I have reached out to customer care and they after taking so many screen shots of the transaction details and my bank statement came back stating that they have escalated the issue to their finance team and it will take 5-8 working days for the issue to be resolved? What kind of a customer service is this? And just to deposit money there are so many issues I guess I will never use the app or recommend it to anyone. Worst trading app I have ever experienced.
