EXEMPLARY (the app & support)
EDIT: My earlier review was owing to the excellent app & quick responses about after a month's usage. This was put to test earlier today when on opening the app all my accounts were jumbled up. There is NO WAY I could have put it back together and almost instant financial ruin. Customer Support AGAIN was instantly available, proactive and helped me recover and put back all my data how it was. Kudos!
That is about one word to sum this app. I have been using expense tracking apps since a few years now. This one gave me more than what I wanted aka single interface between all my Apple devices which is a HUGe relief for me (entering stuff on the Mac is easier than on phone and pad). That apart the cost of one time purchase is just right that doesn't press the pocket much. Features are malleable thus turning out to be really user friendly. Been using it a week now and haven't encountered any bugs yet. The option of uploading an image to each expense is really cool, very useful. Yes there are some recommendations such as filter & print by head of expense etc in each sheet, protecting each sheet etc but guess those will come up with upgrades. An undo delete if already not available will be a great bonus just in case of accidental deletion of a particular entry or sheet.
Customer support is responsive to almost immediate - wow!
OVERALL more than 5 stars given the option.
Category colours & icons option
This is an amazing app. It is easy to use and simple to understand. Love the feature of syncing through all devices.
Could you please add more options to “category colours”. And also add an option of “category icons”, so that it would be easy for us people with multiple expenses across different fields.
Minimalistic Design with Good Features
I have been using this app, which is a paid version for more than two years. This app comes with the minimalistic design with all enough features for my expenses tracking. It would be great to export the reports by an excel file which we had in the past but now it seems unavailable. Please add exporting the report in an Excel format, which will completely fulfill the purpose of this app. Other than this app is fantastic. Thank you.
