Worst service
Total disappointment! In the name XP normal services with regular labour and regular equipment provided on a higher price. Supervision is only for namesake .. no one comes at the site and just update the app that customer is satisfied. Sanitisation or disinfection did not happen on daily basis . Just normal cleaning on the last day. Payment Invoice received are from contractor in excel format and nothing from Berger itself. No transparency.
No proper consultation or suggestion provided.
5 day work took 10 days for no reason with labour’s taking off and leaving early. Looked like they were unnecessarily stretching duration.
Already unhappy hopefully the paint ,so called SILK glamour turns out good and stays there atleast for an year .😡
Fake commitments
Do not go with Berger they are just making fool , local vendors , unprofessional work, all manual work, and if you get into trouble about painting or payment related issue Berger will take out his hand out of the matter also high price and fake call center support they are just repeating same words again and again nobody will help you …
Sharing my issue I have spend 80k for painting and vendor used the other site open paints also half of the payment I made in cash but vendor went to police station and told them I did not make any cash payment.
Plz if you want to save your money and don’t want to mess with theses fraud guys plz plz plz keep your hand away from them.
Total fraud …
Pathetic and horrifying experience
Unprofessional representative, no standard tool and just the normal labour based has been given even on higher rate, moreover the worst part is they left it without completing the work and in a worst condition without any cleaning
