Unreliable. No gaurantee that you wud get the ordered item
You place order, order confirms with extra ordinary shipping charge of Rs.60, you pay money online, wait a whole night expecting fish to be delivered next day!! alas, they call n say we cannot deliver to your area!! this whole process was waste!! still i admit they had the courtesy to call and tell as well as refund the money immediately.. but one thing caught my notice is they told only if they get fish in morning they would deliver to anyone, be it any area. then why do they confirm our order in first place? The owners of this place :- please note that this is not how it works. Only if you have stock you should take an order & then and there customer should be noticed if this fish would reach them next day. No customer would prefer knowing that the most anticipated fish for their guest coming that day, is just a dream!! 😂 its not just about refunding money ok? its about being professional and being reliable
