App not user friendly
It is a pain to book an appointment for any doctor. If I select a particular date for book , the app should filter out the doctors available only for that day but instead, I have to go through 15+ doctors to check which one is available on that date. Now imagine a department like gynaec where there are roughly 20 or more doctors. Every time I want to book an appointment I go through 20 plus doctors to check who is available. Such a waste of time.
