Please do start this in mumbai city. Very interesting concept

The business does not work

I subscribed to their monthly service with high hopes. I didnt get any update on when the fruit basket will be delivered to me daily. So I contacted them on WhatsApp. Having already paid for the month, I was expecting to get deliveries everyday. Upon following up with their customer service team, I was told that because the delivery to my place in New Delhi was being too expensive for them, they wont be able to deliver to me. I am still waiting for the refund which was promised. Why didnt they let me know this prior to payment? Just shows that the technology platform is not robust. Pretty poor services. They must shut down the business until they can figure out the delivery side. Very disappointed

Could do better

Its a nice thought over process.. actually u get fresh fruits but the delivery takes for every i had to wait for 2 hours.. also the app somehow is now not fetching my address, even though i keep ordering and my details are uploaded also.. the app definitely needs improvement. Sad a great concept low execution
