Indian officials admin behaviour
For the kind attention of Falla Officials. First of all this is not to abuse or bully any Admins here. But we would like to ask some questions.
1. Why the users are not allowed to type in the official room if they don't have mic to speak?
2. Why those admins are not able to understand English/why they don't let others speak in any other language except Hindi? (india is a country of diversities with 29 states and 22 official languages)
3.Why do they clear the chat even thou there is nothing abusive in the screen.
4. An admin said the Users who comes there for assistance are Stray Dogs, Another Admin Used an Authoritative and Rude tone while engaging the users. (Called the users stupid fellows)
5. Why do they remove Users From the mic even without hearing their complaints completely? (they don't allow the users to raise their concern , they keep removing the Users), and they're also provoking the users in a rude tone.
And finally, If we have any complaints regarding the behavior of official admins, to which official should we report? And How long will it take to get a proper Action on that? why the users with more recharge and Medals are being treated specially than the normal users who belongs to this platform?

Amazing experience
Application wise it’s nice ! But support its worst in Indian location. Romantic couples are controlling indian Official ( super admin Jeeni and falla assistant Mr perfect) it’s like their private room. Rules and Regulations they can ignore for whom supports their family , now it’s like who will support assistant perfect ( falla invite assistant ) they can do anything. Even other application promoters are in admin panel.
