Hi team, loving this app. Please review and update these bugs and please ask testers to be active while testing.1. App again and again gives refresh option while streaming pauses in between.2. App will have the go back arrow non responsive while streaming, this works when we push stream to full screen and back to normal.3. Rotational issues. When trying to do a full screen only half of the screen is visible.

Clueless and incompetent tech support , with no proper account management

I had a frustrating experience with this app due to a serious account management issue. When I logged in via the browser using my email, it created one user ID. However, when I installed the app on my TV, there was no option to log in with an email—only a phone number. Entering my phone number created a separate user ID, completely disconnected from my existing account.Since I made my purchases and subscriptions through the browser (email account), I expected to access them on the app. However, none of my purchases were available. When I tried to link my email and phone number through the website, I was told they were associated with two different accounts and could not be merged.I reached out to technical support, which took ages to connect. After multiple disconnections and repeatedly explaining the issue, I was given the same unhelpful response—that they could not merge my accounts. With no way to access my purchases on the app, I was left with no choice but to delete my account entirely, losing everything in the process.This is a major flaw in account management, and the lack of proper support made it even worse. Users should not have to deal with such a fundamental issue when trying to access their purchases across different devices.

FanCode went a step beyond and proved that things can be even worse.It will load the ads perfectly fine, but as soon as the ad ends and it’s time to show the F1 race, suddenly it asks me to refresh, on doing so, again the ad will load perfectly fine but the race won’t. It’s an endless loop of refreshing, watching an Ad and then again refreshing.Nothing has helped, neither restarting the app nor reinstalling it. Changing from Wi-Fi to mobile data didn’t help either.And on top of all that, the customer service is so bad it makes the app look better., they will reply with the generic, restart the app, restart the device, change your net (as if I’m gonna change the Wi-Fi services because their app can’t do what it is supposed to do). On telling them I have done all the things mentioned already, they will start gaslighting me into thinking the problem is with either my phone or my Wi-Fi.Oh yeah, on the off chance that the F1 race actually does load by some miracle, the PiP can somehow read my mind and won’t work when I want it to work, and will work when I don’t want it to. Like just be consistent, either work everytime or don’t .And please don’t reply to contact you via mail, I already did and you guys were useless.Apps like these will make the piracy win the piracy wars.
