Sleek UI But needs to have a single stream per sport

Hi Team,The UI experience is all very good and even the quality except there are multiple streams for any given sport and it becomes challenging to navigate different streams if you are watching an event live.Like for example MotoGP, there are different classes (Moto2 and Moto3) and different streams for each category for qualifying practice and race which is completely unnecessary and furthermore the app doesn’t update the feed instantaneously when that particular session is finished, it shows live and now streaming but clicking on that stream shows the event has concluded so these quirks need to be ironed out asap it is just ruining the experience totally and frankly quite irritating.

I purchased the monthly pass from Apple Store.. the money was deducted, the subscription details show when the next deduction is due but I was not able to stream via the app. I had to make another purchase a “match pass” via their web to be able to watch a match.I had first used my email address to purchase a match pass on their website as their app did not give an option to buy match pass and only had option for monthly/yearly pass. After purchasing the pass on their web using my email address I was unable to login on their app using email address as the app has no option to login using email address and you can register ONLY via your phone number. When I reached out to their customer support they asked me to raise another request to link my email and phone number (really?! SMH)Overall an annoying experience and still no resolution. Never using this app again even if ut means I have to miss my matches.

I had a frustrating experience with this app due to a serious account management issue. When I logged in via the browser using my email, it created one user ID. However, when I installed the app on my TV, there was no option to log in with an email—only a phone number. Entering my phone number created a separate user ID, completely disconnected from my existing account.Since I made my purchases and subscriptions through the browser (email account), I expected to access them on the app. However, none of my purchases were available. When I tried to link my email and phone number through the website, I was told they were associated with two different accounts and could not be merged.I reached out to technical support, which took ages to connect. After multiple disconnections and repeatedly explaining the issue, I was given the same unhelpful response—that they could not merge my accounts. With no way to access my purchases on the app, I was left with no choice but to delete my account entirely, losing everything in the process.This is a major flaw in account management, and the lack of proper support made it even worse. Users should not have to deal with such a fundamental issue when trying to access their purchases across different devices.

I once thought how can an App be so bad (about the JioHotstar app). FanCode went a step beyond and proved that things can be even worse.It will load the ads perfectly fine, but as soon as the ad ends and it’s time to show the F1 race, suddenly it asks me to refresh, on doing so, again the ad will load perfectly fine but the race won’t. It’s an endless loop of refreshing, watching an Ad and then again refreshing.Nothing has helped, neither restarting the app nor reinstalling it. Changing from Wi-Fi to mobile data didn’t help either.And on top of all that, the customer service is so bad it makes the app look better., they will reply with the generic, restart the app, restart the device, change your net (as if I’m gonna change the Wi-Fi services because their app can’t do what it is supposed to do). On telling them I have done all the things mentioned already, they will start gaslighting me into thinking the problem is with either my phone or my Wi-Fi.Oh yeah, on the off chance that the F1 race actually does load by some miracle, the PiP can somehow read my mind and won’t work when I want it to work, and will work when I don’t want it to. Like just be consistent, either work everytime or don’t .And please don’t reply to contact you via mail, I already did and you guys were useless.Apps like these will make the piracy win the piracy wars.
