Pathetic & worst app I have ever came across
Do not waste your time, money and data on this app… they are the worst. They claim to deliver medicines in 30
minutes and still haven’t delivered it after waiting for more than 1.5 hours.
Delivery partner called and asked me to confirm the location, so I did. And then I called him again after 15 minutes he said is he only 1 minute away but didn’t arrive.. I called again , no answer. Made another call “number switched off.” WOW!! Thank goodness I didn’t pay online. You guys should understand that you are delivering medicines, not some cloth or something else. If someone is ordering from you that means he/she needs those medicines in urgency. Kindly do what you claim or quit.
