App not getting opened
I am using iPhone 5s which is running on iOS 12.5.4, which is the latest software available in this phone. For the last one week I am not able to login to the app. Once trying to open the app, the initial screen comes and stays like that with the loading circle running while the background is inactive. Not able to scroll and order anything. Please do the needful update and bring this app to normal working condition. I have been using this app for the last 6months and this is the first time I am facing this issue. The app used to be good and easy to use.
Service is not satisfactory
They never seem to deliver the complete set of items ordered. There’s always some high value item that goes out of stock and instead of refunding to the account, they conveniently refund the wallet and retain the money with them. We are always compelled to order beyond a particular amount for free delivery. And their customer service links just doesn’t work on the iPhone app. They always deliver after the assigned slot which means you have to postpone your other plans and wait for them, and once again, after the delivery, you have to keep contacting them for missing items!!! Your money is always stuck with them and this is a never ending vicious cycle!!
Pathetic and Deplorable Service
We had tried ordering from this application because of the lockdown restrictions at our place. The service was pathetic. If you make customers purchase products claiming that you are “farmer friendly”, please deliver properly. You are looting our money. They decreased the weight of the vegetables we had ordered and the quality as well. They gave us half of a small cabbage and said that it weighed 0.48 kg. We realised that it’s better to purchase vegetables from the street vendors (at least they are true to their values and give quality vegetables!). The person who was coming to deliver the same to us was rude and started shouting at us on the phone. Please do not download this Application. Just pathetic. Worst service ever!!!
