Great but expensive

I was desperately looking to send urgent fax to United States from India. Nowadays, there is fax machine anywhere to send fax. Most of fax shops now discounted and I was not able to sent my fax. So found this app on App Store and thought about giving a shot, it delivered my fax instantly and my issue got resolved. Only thing is it’s expensive, it took me $12 to send one fax. They should redesign the pricing and make it better. Thank you so much to developers of this app.

Pathetic support

I subscribed to this app to send a fax in India. However, it kept saying Non-delivered. However, when I used another alternative to send fax, it went rather easily. Within a few hours I had a chat with the support team and I asked for due refund for not able to use this app, the support person very rudely denied the same. On the app, they talk about 3 days free trial. However, when I asked them they informed it is available only for yearly subscription mode. This is is an example of bad customer service. I don’t recommend this app at all.
