Bengaluru team is scamming us
Request Fedex to take serious action against Fedex team in Bengaluru. They are purposely delaying shipments and charging exorbitant fees exceeding 55% in duties of product invoice + shipping value. Delays are done on purpose to additionally charge us warehouse charges. Very vague emails are sent with unreasonable excuses. Even warranty replacement shipments are not spared.
The delivery person saw my frustration and admitted as to how corrupt a bunch of employees from clearance team is manipulating the system. He also mentioned that one by one all branches are shutting down in Bengaluru. Apparently these people rob us and enjoy Biryani treats and eat out in expensive restaurants from the cash they make. The delivery person is himself fed up seeing the sorry state of affairs within.
Request Fedex to take disciplinary action against Bengaluru team. Will never used your scam services.
Very Slow domestic delivery service
I have not seen a courier delivery service taking 10 days for delivery from Haryana to Dharamshala. I asked someone to ship my winter wear and have not received it yet. It was shipped on 19th December and has not been delivered yet. DTDC and Trackon offer faster delivery to this location. Will not be making the same mistake by opting for FedEx domestic shipping. They deliver an international shipment from US to India in 7 days or sometimes even earlier and domestic shipping takes up to 10 days. WOW! Freezing Freezing Freezing
