Used the app because my sister recommended it to me because of its great Ui, which to give them credit is worldclass, even giants like grofers and jiomart etc have a much worse UI, but the actual experience itself needs a lot more polishing to be useable leave aside better, I would have shifted all my banking here but the KYC for the first time got rejected for whatever reason, despite the person on the other side saying it was successfully done (you need to present your original pan card for the video)Fine, but then they said I need to do it again but then it would never connect to the executive at all, it would keep me in finding an agent screen forever and I have wasted more than an hour in more than 5 attempts at different time when they are available but to no luck, it just didn't work no matter what! This was a terrible disappointment for what could have genuinely been a great app, either they should have prepared for whatever load they will be facing or they should not have launched the app at all, otherwise this is just like government owned services/websites IRCTC with a better interface and cool content writing. (Neobanking and stuff)Have requested to close my account, hopefully they do that in time.

I was using the app and the debit card for about a year and everything was fine until that time. I had updated my KYC at the very beginning only, all of a sudden one day when I open the app it says that I have to update my KYC. When contacted the customer care they said it’s a technical glitch and that my KYC is updated in their system. A few days later they have blocked my account and are saying that it is blocked due to fraudulent activity in my account. When I am the only person using my phone how can there be fraudulent activity in my account. When contacted the customer care they said it was blocked by the partner Bank (i.e. Fedral Bank). When contacted the partner Bank they said it has nothing to do with them and that I have to check with fi. This is going on for the past 2 months and every alternate day I have to break my head over these people asking them to give me my own money. Every other day they say that they will contact me and give a resolution but they have never even bothered to do it or even rectify it. If you people can not give a resolution you might as well shut down.

I have been using their services one by one and lately their treatment has changed. They have become worse, and I doubt they will survive like this for long. To all those reading this review do not invest in US stocks or mutual funds from this app, you will be stuck for ever and you might find it difficult to withdraw if they shutdown because of their poor service. Saving account can be closed at any time but investments are tied with this account and might create a problem. I hope they survive but looking at their service they might not survive for long. I wish I can file a case against them for mistreatment that o have been receiving since last few months. This is nothing short of a nightmare. Avoid banking with them. Their video kyc process is the biggest scam of all. And customer care agents are mere telephone operators with access to any info. They promise call backs and do not call. Today I called them 10 times and every time the call got disconnected, I think they are doing it intentionally. Once or twice I understand but 10 times is not a mistake.

My sister is using fi bank account for past 1year and for kyc verification a person came and did kyc verification and after 2weeks also my account is not updated and my sister account is going get blocked today we called customer for last three days and there was no response and she spoke to 3 customer service person and they said they never sent anyone for verification, and one of the customer service lady was so rude and she said she doesn’t know anything about the bank, do you guys really hire a person who doesn’t know anything about the bank and can’t give a good or a average help to a customer we are calling from Chennai and they said they never send anyone to verify kyc and we told we are going take a legal action on that person and she told you can take action, we called and verified that person was agent in fi bank this is very very worst customer service and her lady , we asked her name 3rd time she said her name (not gonna mention here) but they were from Pune.Wouldn’t recommend anyone to call customer service or have an account in this bank
