Wish it was as good as desktop version on iPad
Amazing design application! Wish it were available in touch screen devices with same level of functionality as desktop!
Complicated user experience
It’s ironic how the leading product for defining user experience itself is so deficient in user experience at multiple places. While the desktop website app is bad, the mobile app is even worse. From user experience point of you, there is emphasis on things to look clean and organised at the cost of functionality and ease of use. The file management is a total mess and so is the navigation between menus without any labels. The mobile app is not at parity with the web app and lacks critical flows, one of which is your ability to get out of a prototype. There is no option but to kill the app to exit it. Maybe they’ll design a thought that putting an exit button is going to make the UI look bad, and less clean. This company could really do well with some more customer obsession and empathy, not solely rely on design aesthetics.
Useless - can’t edit, can’t design, only comment!
The app is useless - all you can do is add comments. Whose harebrained idea was this?! You can use figma on safari but can’t use custom fonts - seriously how idiotic is this. Even basic fonts like Helvetica, Arial are not available. These fonts are available on the iPad and can be used across all others apps - not just Apple apps like Pages and Keynote but third party apps like Procreate. So why can’t we use it on Figma.
This is the most idiotic and useless app I have ever encountered. Why even spend time on building this app if we are not able to do anything?!!!
