The company follows a ‘farm to fork’ model under which stock is procured directly from farmers. Numerous checks are employed right from sourcing the meat to pre-cleaning, processing and maintaining freshness of the produce. Quality measures include cold chain technology for freshness, stringent processes of preparation, packaging, and storage to ensure high quality, hygienic products. Our in-house certified laboratory guarantees chemical and pesticide-free products. The quality of the meat and seafood conforms to HALAL, ISO, HACCP and FSSAI certification.

Fipola is setting new benchmarks in the meat industry with its 10,000 sq. ft state-of-the-art central commissary for processing and distributing products to our stores. Fipola operates 18 stores in Chennai and will be opening stores in Coimbature, Pondicherry, Vellore, Tirupur, 6 more new stores in Chennai by July 2021.

The company has also started work in Hyderbad and expected to launch 14 stores by Sept 2021.

Customers can order from the fipola app, website or call centre to get their meat delivered in 90 minutes.

I can keep havingthis app is really very nice the sign-in isn't exactly very difficult and if you are a complete user of this app you get discounts a delicious mean with the meat and the poultry and pause the seafood with this app and really happy with it

App is not working properly

Every time I have ordered they have promptly delivered and in case of non availability they have contacted me for change in item. This is from OMR & ECR in Chennai, kudos to the team...

But the App is horrible, this pulls down the rating in experience. I am not able to see Order history and also not able to select items at times. We need to do our order multiple times before we finally get our wants, this irritates and I have quit many times. Not able to trace the order and knowing whether it is accepted & will be delivered.

Pls look into the APP which is killing your brand image & service

Good service and poor mobile app for ordering!

The app gets closed automatically when I try to open the order history. I believe this is a bug which needs to be fixed and hinders us from marking orders via app. Mostly I place the orders using my laptop in a webpage. Again, selecting the address becomes a hassle when it comes to order using mobile app. Kindly look into this issue.

The delivery is certainly good, in-fact I truly appreciate the way it gets delivered in a nicely packed and sealed box. It sets a standard. Thank you for that!
