The company follows a ‘farm to fork’ model under which stock is procured directly from farmers. Fipola is setting new benchmarks in the meat industry with its 10,000 sq. ft state-of-the-art central commissary for processing and distributing products to our stores. Launching with three stores, with three more stores scheduled to open by end November 2017, Fipola is supported by nine depots across the city to assure delivery in 90 minutes across Chennai.

App is not working properly
Every time I have ordered they have promptly delivered and in case of non availability they have contacted me for change in item. This is from OMR & ECR in Chennai, kudos to the team...
But the App is horrible, this pulls down the rating in experience. I am not able to see Order history and also not able to select items at times. We need to do our order multiple times before we finally get our wants, this irritates and I have quit many times. Not able to trace the order and knowing whether it is accepted & will be delivered.
Pls look into the APP which is killing your brand image & service
The app crashes when you access order history. Also, sometimes you are not able to add items to the cart. The plus buttons don’t work.
Worst site ever seen
This is the second time I am experiencing product on getting delivered . If I order 3 products I get only 1 and the delivery man say the amount will be refunded. Y should I pay delivery charge if not delivered. It has been 2 weeks my refund has not happened and today agin one product is not delivered. Why do they say product is available and say not available only during delivery. How do I plan then. I should go out again and purchase the remaining. Then y do I need their service. I don’t even want to give rating 1 but still this is minimum
