Since 5 months I’m investing using fisdom, it’s really a hassle free way to get SIp or one time investment in mutual fund, and in this u r directly investing with the company which are interested in investing, fisdom just acts as a bridge between the investors and the company. I can even see my funds growing or detouring according to the market. Their customer care services are also great. They ensure that our money is in safe hands. Best zone for the lay man to invest in mutual funds.

Please don’t use Fisdom. They have only regular plan mutual funds. It’s not good for user who needs good returns. Too much expense ratio due to that. So please go with any other app for direct plan. And their service is not professional level. Their system is not updating properly and once you placed a SIP order after a day suddenly all your orders will be disappeared. Even though if you call to their customer care, they have no clue. Nothing infront. All their process happening in back end only. You’ll have no idea. You need to keep on waiting after you made a payment. So as a customers/investors, we won’t know what is going on exactly. Sip ecs mandate will not activate sooner here in Fisdom. I called customer care they said that it will take 14 days to 21 days to get activated. But other apps doing with in a day or two. Because here their process is very slow. Please don’t use. My kind request. Then you’ll also suffer like me. Look for better app other than this.

First thing they are hiding negative reviews thats not fair even my review in july is missing where i raised certain issue n which were sorted out n i was requested to give review agin which i thot will give nextbmonth after succesessful transactiin to my utter surprise none of the sip txn happened inititally i tried with the same person who directed to other person who suggested to go for lumpsom which i did not accept n my all accounts are stucked n me in trap bcoz of 3 year lock in period n i hv no option except to open account with professional company where at least u get proper support n start fresh. Leaving these account just like that for 3 year Please be careful before opening the account with this company
