Really great broker with a lot of potential
A reliable trustworthy broking app with a lot of potential, make UI/UX flow smoother and less laggy, app freezes if we close for a minute and needs to be re-connected to the web socket, charts take time to load, scripts in watchlist don’t get sorted properly. Please fix these issues as soon as possible.
Best broker of all time
Be it the brokerage cost or the technical part, Flattrade is one of the best platforms I have ever came across. Now that they have started pledging services through wall trade, it has been an exceptional experience for users.
We are expecting a lot more improvisations in future. Never-the less you are doing a great job for retail investors. Keep up the good work.
Worst service
Every now and then a bulk amount of money disappears from your account. It happened to me three times. Only once I got the amount credited back. There’s no proper person for contact or to redress your complaints
They say there is no brokerage but they loot more than that by way of taxes - hidden. Every day 10-15 times the software hangs mostly at crucial time. You have to log out and log in to activate. By that time your money will be gone. No one should take the risk of joining flattrade. I don’t recommend to anyone
