Isn’t the same Flipkart it used to be. Horrible experience with a few orders recently.
I have been using Flipkart since some time now and I think it isn’t the same seamless platform it used to be once. Can’t understand why would they want to skip a direct customer care contact when they know one may want to contact with delayed delivery or any other issues. I have faced similar issues twice in the last one month. The most recent one still ongoing. The product is way past the delivery date and there is not a person to speak to about it. They have missed 2 deadlines already and not ashamed of it, and the only option I have is to write to the team who stick to their deadline of reverting in 72 hours, and they mean it. I understand there could be unforeseen delays but they should communicate this to the customer clearly.
One can see how Flipkart is deteriorating over time and you know how it ends up being one of those old-shattered shopping platform that no one wants to use.

Flipkart has done fraud with me as i have ordered noise samart watch and i received boat watch and after being complaining for so long till now they did provided me any resolution and they are keep rejecting my return. As they have asked me for the image i have shared the image of the watch then they asked me for my adhar i hv also shared that but then also they are rejecting my return more than 3 times. So Flipkart now i dnt want to return my product and i also want refund from your end as you guys have mentally harassed me and played with my emotions so u need to compensate me for this otherwise i have to complain this issue to the consumer forum😡😡
Again a new fraud done with me by Flipkart as on 31 march 2023 they have disabled my paylater act but i have paid all the dues before time and while asking them they asked me to contact idfc bank but they also did not answer my call and atlast i have Dwnld the idfc app there i see that my march emi is missed but i have paid the emi to Flipkart as i have bought the product from there after that as being concern of my cibil score i paid the emi there also i asked Flipkart that i have paid the emi on idfc bank so kindly remove my 1040 emi amount but they asked me to pay me the bill and told me that the amount will be refund in my source acct but they didn’t refunded yet they asked me for all the proof and shared also but without resolving my issue they are marking my issue as resolve # Flipkart frauding people now
Pathetic customer service
They take multiple orders , but in this regard if you cancel multiple order due to any reason and ask refund , surely the amount discrepancy would be noticed with no proper solutions , after 15 days or so each of the order ID the customer agent would ask , you provide them all after alot effort to each them via call , they would simple bang the call without proving any solution and someone call and say I want to assist you again you start no end of the saga , finally no solution with your money credit
Again , you order multiple products at a go , ask for one replacement due size issue they would starngely give you call that you have denied replacement , which is intrue , as when your delivery boy would ask any replacement you would say , where my my new product , so what should i exchange , ?? You deliver the new product and replacement product would be exchanged against replaced product , which is separate but they would delay with untrue calls and followed by sms of denied replacement
The greatest problem is your app cannot handle various order separately and fix up all , customer service agents have no clue . Pathetic customer service.
