Good experience

The experience with this app and before that online site has always been wonderful with me. They provide very smooth and timely delivery always bringing smile and surprise to my near and dear ones. Products r most of the time very very good but sometimes it’s average but that is explainable. Cost is reasonable. Only one point that I don’t like is that they give us points as rewards but don’t allow us to use more than 15% of the accumulated points in the next purchase or any purchase per see later on. 15% is too less. However time and on they provide with special coupon codes that meets up for the loss of reward points.

Pathetic experience

I recently placed an order with Flowers Aura, a flower delivery service, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The entire process was marred by poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of customer service. Firstly, the delivery boy who was assigned to deliver my order refused to do so, citing a flimsy excuse. This left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced, as I had already paid for the service and was expecting a timely delivery. Secondly, the customer service executive I spoke to did not handle the situation professionally. Instead of addressing my concerns and offering a solution, they seemed dismissive and uninterested in resolving the issue. This lack of empathy and understanding only added to my dissatisfaction with Flowers Aura. Lastly, when I requested a refund for the inconvenience caused, the company denied my request. This left me feeling cheated and further disappointed with the service. In conclusion, my experience with Flowers Aura was a pathetic one, characterized by poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of customer service. I would strongly advise potential customers to consider alternative flower delivery services that prioritize customer satisfaction and professionalism

Extremely Disappointing Order Experience and Poor Communication

Dear FlowerAura Team,I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent order experience.I placed my order in good faith, expecting it to be delivered within the promised timeframe. However, not only was there a lack of timely updates regarding the delivery status, but I was also informed at the very last moment that the roses I had specifically ordered would not be available. What is even more frustrating is that this information was only communicated after I personally called to check on the status of my order. Had I not contacted your team, I would have remained completely unaware of this issue. This reflects poor communication and a lack of professionalism in handling customer orders. If the roses were unavailable, I should have been informed immediately after placing the order so that I could have made alternative arrangements. Instead, I was left disappointed at the last minute, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering flowers for a special occasion. As a customer, I expect transparency, timely communication, and fulfillment of commitments. Unfortunately, my experience with FlowerAura has fallen far below these expectations.I request an explanation for this inconvenience and appropriate action regarding this matter. I hope you take customer concerns seriously and improve your service standards to prevent others from facing similar situations.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service that I received from your company. I had placed an order for a surprise delivery to a loved one, and I was promised that the order would be delivered on time. However, your company failed to deliver the order on time, causing a great deal of inconvenience and spoiling the surprise that I had planned.I had trusted your company to deliver the order on the promised time, and I had even paid extra for the same-day delivery. However, your company failed to fulfill its promise, and the delay caused a great deal of frustration and disappointment for me and my loved one.The fact that you were unable to deliver the order on time despite the clear instructions provided is simply unacceptable. This delay has not only ruined the surprise that I had planned, but it has also caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience for me and my loved one.I had attempted to contact your customer care for an explanation, but I was met with an unprofessional and unsatisfactory response. This lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable, and has left me with a very negative impression of your company.I hope that your company takes full responsibility for the delay and makes a concerted effort to improve its delivery services and customer care. I would like a full refund for the order, given the inconvenience caused.Overall, my experience with your company has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone in the future.
