No Late Night Delivery
Food delivery closes by 9-10 pm in every restaurants which I don’t like much, they need to extend their ordering time to 12 am for some restaurants .

Customer service is hands down best in terms of any online platform
I can have option of delivering food at specific time, if i need food by 8 pm I can place order at anytime
They have options to confirm order by phone too, its might not be needed to everyone but its good to get response
Delivery charge depends upon distance Rs 20/km unlike pathao which charges Rs 199 even for nearest resturant

First they said like there was raining so it took 30-45 minutes time to deliver n i understood that, due to rain but i received my food after 2hrs and main thing food was like coldest and side ingredients waa no there, first time ever i received a service like hell. Please foodmandu provide a hot case bag atleast to the rider and need to good communicate with them
