After latest update the application stop working
I have been clicking but the application is not working can’t able to login and see anything
Worst application with worst customer service
First of all, the application doesn’t show India, hence you can’t select the Indian currency, in the application and you have to place the order through the website.
The dress that I ordered from the website was too small, so I requested for a return. After more than 10 days of consecutive trials, they finally collected the dress. And the problem didn’t end here. After the return, it has been 20 days now, I am trying everyday to contact the customer service for the refund, but they haven’t refunded my ₹2200. I would not recommend forever21 to anyone, ever.
Fraud
You people are bad at what you’re doing. This app doesn’t have an option for the country India and not too long ago (last year) I ordered some things from all of you but the quality was poor hence returned them for which you all suggested for store/ app refund now to your false adds I am unable to access my account which was active until last year and there is no option for me to get in it either. What a waste of time??!! You have Milind soman running for you lol, an Indian celebrity but you can’t let Indian people login to their account! Stupid.
