Freakins Online Shopping App 17+

I was dragged into the app by the lush collection of jeans wear but my whole enthusiasm was really shattered by the utter disappointing user experience on the iOS application. Add to cart kept failing, discount coupons do not show whether the applied one is applicable or not applicable…Signing up was a big big hassle. These are some of the things that can ruin the customer experience and satisfaction. Please look into it and keep up the good name that you guys have.

I have never come across a worse app than Freakins. First of all, their products don't even remotely match what they show online—complete third-class quality. On top of that, their customer care is an absolute disaster. No matter how many times you contact them, ask questions, or submit requests, they simply don't care and have no clue how to resolve anything. They just keep sending the same generic replies over and over.

And when I asked about why my return was delayed, they casually said it would take even more time! Seriously? Give me a proper reason, tracking info, or something useful, but no—it's like they're filled with people who neither know how to work nor want to help.

Overall, their app, products, and customer service are all filled with incompetence. They are completely unreliable. Worst experience ever. Do not buy or use this service.

The phone number provided for customer support appears to be invalid, and my attempts to reach out through WhatsApp have been unfruitful.
