I find this app quite confusing. The minimum amount approved since several months is ₹4500, and they change the lender without informing users. The new lender pulls our credit score and opens a loan account every month for each withdrawal. Additionally, the withdrawal process is far from instant—it often takes 3-4 days to get deposited, and sometimes, multiple follow-up emails are needed. This month’s withdrawal has still not been credited, even after four days.They demand repayment before the due date but disburse funds at their convenience.Freo Pay Later also does not increase the credit limit, but they continuously raise their convenience fees. On top of that, they force unnecessary insurance from Digit, which serves no real purpose. Overall, a frustrating experience.

Whenever I try to pay a merchant The Money gets Deducted From the available limit but The transaction status comes In Processing your Transaction Now They don’t Even Have a Customer Support No. So You can just contact them directly my days Old payment is still in Processing Your payment Position now wonder what should I do All they have is Just a Customer Support where they’ll Ask you to submit a screenshot & Will Display a message That wait for 2-3 days Our Team will contact you. till date & They Even close the Problem tickets Without even Talking to customer for his Inconvenience Now No wonder what You Will Do Of this useless service All payments gets stucked always They Even charge convenience Fee to of 2% Minimum Still Their All payments Gets stucked Not sure if they’ll Charge that fee on failed Payment too but Freo is just a useless Platform Even LazyPay & Simpl are way better then freo atleast Their Payment always doesn’t get Stuck in mid between and They Have A Proper Customer Support team With their dedicated proper Customer Support No. On which you can Contact easily & tell them if anything wrong happens or something is glitching & They fix too but In freo there’s Isn’t even A Single contact no. Available to talk to about your issue none of their executives calls You and they even close the problem tickets too This is really a Pathetic exp for a customer From freo side

I really don’t recommend this application for anyone who is looking for urgent funds. Very disappointing and worst experience I had first this application will show you the pre approved credit limit around 1 lakh and once you applied for loan it will check with multiple lenders and then show you the limit after reviewing you credit histroy same thing happend with me. Once you applied for loan then the entire process will take 3-4 days to complete. In my case I received the sanction letter from lending partner and available amount showing on application for disbursement but first this application throw error while updating documents bank statement kyc verification and till the end of process I am still unable to withdrawal from the application as its showing me the disbursement is not available from system right now kindly try tomorrow. Even if you contacted their customer support or chat support they will not respond as they are busy with another customer even on what’s app chat no one is responding. I am very upset and frustrated with this support if in case anyone’s really looking for urgent funds they shouldn’t be use this application totally worst and disappointed.

I have been a user in freo pay for many months. This month I couldn't pay bill in time due to a financial crunch and they started giving me mental torture since my bill collection was allocated to a collection agency. The person from collection agency started calling and I couldn't pickup everyday to explain the same thing. It was a mental torture. Later all my relatives and family started calling saying that a person called and told them about me and how I didn't pay any bills. The person from freo pay started to defame me. I payed my bills immediately. I lodged a complaint in freo pay. Freo pay didn't take any action yet and it is been 2 days since the incident happened. Today he has sent a selfie and reached out to my dad asking for money. Still no one from Freo pay has stopped the person. If freo pay has not take any action on this. Please ban freo pay from apple store. I have already lodged a cuber crime complaint.
