Delivery and support is not to the expectation
I had a very bad experience, i added money to wallet and it didn’t added and called support and they added and after that i have ordered something and paid, then app server got crashed and after 2 hours after many calls, they informed that one which i ordered is already sold and in the app they moved it to delivered, despite of not delivering anything
Too late for the delivery
I recently placed an order for 2kg of chicken, and I was disappointed with the experience. The delivery took over two hours, and the app did not provide proper navigation or tracking for the delivery agent. Issues like this can lead to customer frustration and could harm your brand's reputation.
Additionally, I noticed that 1kg of chicken is priced at ₹280, with delivery charges at ₹150. This pricing seems quite steep, and it’s difficult to see how the delivery cost is justified.
To improve the customer experience, I suggest:
Enhancing the navigation and tracking features within the app.
Hiring more delivery agents to ensure timely deliveries.
Reducing the delivery charges to make them more reasonable.
