Costly stuff

While I totally agree that the quality of products is generally fine, but some of the products, esp. fruits are exorbitantly priced. I would like them to review their prices against other competitors (big basket, etc) to sustain in the long run as they also charge delivery fees

Thank you mam. We are trying to procure direct from farm so that’s why our price is little bit up due to our Transportaion cost. We are trying to give you best price experience.

Not punctual, cannot fall back on

Unlike Big basket or grofers or organised e-commerce guys fruit uncle cannot be completely trusted on whether the order will arrive on time or whether it will arrive also or not
My first order was perfect and delivered before time ...
but later I realised I have follow up on things and there is no promptness despite multiple follow ups
I waited for one full day and it was me who was following up every hour till that point I was never told that the order won’t be delivered
I followed up next day morning too after lot of pestering from my side they mentioned they can’t deliver the order
I am pregnant by 5 months and cannot know venture out to fetch stuff . I understand amidst lockdown it gets difficult but all I expect is promptness and timely reply. My area was open and orange zone so I believe if they were not following the route they could have mentioned atleast

Mam sorry for inconvenience. But that time people ordering so much. Due to heavy load of order we delayed in order. And we were happy to serve you. We are not taking any funds for expansion. Because we are building up a pure Indian company. And sorry again mam

Nice and simple app - No nonsense

I was very anxious after placing my first order but I must say that the order was delivered with a quality much better than I thought. My mother said that some of them were even better than what we would have brought.
