Time is not getting sync with IPhone

Pls fix this issue and also not able to update new version of smart watch RY 87

Not working

I got this watch a month before, till now it is not connected with my iPhone, however I can control only my Siri thru watch. Data not syncing. Team needs lots of improvement to make this app good. I love the watch alone, but it’s not working with my iPhone. 😩
As it doesn’t deserve even single star, but due to forcing I’m giving single star.
