3rd rated Broker
Whenever there’s quarterly settlement of funds they don’t credit it to your account immediately, instead they utilise your funds for 2-3 days as interest free credit and rotation. I can understand if it happens once or twice. But this is very routine affair that you don’t get your funds back in your account. They customer care executive gives very lame and silly excuse. I have account with other brokers and the settlement is on same day. Please don’t use this 3rd graded broker to risk your capital and miss market opportunities.
