Each student is given a unique QR code that is generated in a class.

Connection Problems
The app operates on selected WiFi (GITAM WiFi) only, it can’t be accessed by using normal mobile data, it’s complicated because at the same time over 500+ users will be connected to the same network, the overload makes it difficult for some other students to get proper connectivity hence it’s not effective way of obtaining their attendance .
I mean, we can’t scan without GITAM WiFi, that’s where the problem is😔
See many classes will hold for 50mins to 1hr
So approximately attendance timing will collide with other classes in the same building, roughly in 120 classes with 50+ students each, everyone trying to connect to the same network, and connection error will occur as well.
So kindly look into how to avoid proxies without making it very complicated to us, we appreciate the app is time saving compared to a roll call, but look into the best way of making this work effectively.
Because whenever we face connectivity issues, the faculties are going back to the old normal “roll calling”😂 and that’s way more time consuming, after 5mins of every student trying to connect to GITAM WiFi , we could utilise those minutes.

Thanks for your Review. App will work even using any network but QR scan is intend to work only in GITAM Wi-Fi. we don't allow proxies.
Unable to login attendnace
My son is struggling to mark his attendance on this app. It continously shows “ you are logged in another device “. Its a pain. There is no resolution. Neither the college supports nor there is a proper response from CATS team. Is there any solution??
Not working properly in ios
Please fix the issue . It’s showing please connect to gitam Wi-Fi even after connecting to it and also showing wrong QR code

If you are getting prompt "please connect to GITAM Wi-Fi" even after connecting to GITAM Wi-Fi. please make sure your DNS in Wi-Fi settings is switched to automatic or else please Visit CATS Department your issue will be resolved.
