Gaadizo - Car Service & Repair 4+

Recently I had a tuff time with gadizo authorised ( carnation / sector 17 Gurgaon )nearby mahindra showroom ) .
I had to get done with some parts of my car parts repaired and replace. Mostly body parts.
I found the gadizo apps promising but , they don’t have their own service center , they tie up with local garage and change some money from them or whatever.)
I do visit workshop almost everyday, as I have good knowledge of automobile .I found the carnation/ SS AUTO guys are charging full money with GST but using all the duplicate .60% of parts they use from aftermarket .
I had tuff time of two weeks and somehow I manged to replace parts with orginal .
They charge me with a heavy bill with 28% GST.
Which I later regrate , why I ddnt get it done from authorised service center difference was not much.

I have seen by myself , how this local garge SS AUTO in the name of carnation chain, which earlier used to run by jagdish Kataria) now the scene is completely diffrent . They just buy the franchise from carnation and offering pathetic service .

I had seen Infront of me how they are luring even insurance company by replacing orginal parts which are not all required replace and claming full insurance.

Seriously , I recommend do get done major works from authorised service center only. This guys not even worth doing small jobs.

My car deep cleaning and polishing experience with Gaadizo was a complete disaster. Despite investing an entire day, the outcome was far from satisfactory; my car appeared barely cleaner than when I arrived, and the promised wash was subpar. The staff's behaviour was unprofessional, rude and not at all customer supporting. Their failure to fulfill their commitments only added to my frustration. later inspecting my vehicle after leaving, I made the distressing discovery that my Rs. 18,000 watch was missing. The realization hit hard, leaving me feeling violated and deeply dissatisfied with Gaadizo services. It's disheartening to have entrusted my car—and belongings—to a company that failed so spectacularly to deliver on its promises. This experience was with Gaadizo was disaster, also left me to worry of trusting any similar services in the future.

The first time which was last year they damaged my car. This time I gave them my car again as they ensured they would fix it. Not only is their quality of service below par they also did a shoddy job in fishing the issues. None of my issues were fixed. Last year RR motors the garage changed my wipers which were in perfect condition saying they are damaged and the one they replaced with hasn’t been working well ever since. The car polish was over used in some areas and was missing in others. I own two dogs so the car had dog hair in them before I sent it for service , even after returning they had the dog hair. I can go on by not only did I lose money but also further damaged my car.
