But I think the day someone has created the app, the only intention of that person is to provide good music in one platform and in return they will get paid for tye same. But latter the hunger of earning has totally changed his mindset or may be copied the idea from someone else and introduced the advertisement to earn more. Now the choice is of a listener to bear the advertisement, which can frustrate anyone who is listening his lovely song. Now to listen uninterrupted songs we need to pay some additional amount. Here it is necessary to mention that the time when advertisement where introduced was the era when there were only few option are available to get publicity of their product like newspaper, hoardings, radio then TV but now in the era of information and technology, where abundant of knowledge is available , who is going to listen advertisement and how much attentively? Instead one start searching for a app providing advertisement free music. This is the reason why most of the startups and even company’s are nowhere now. if you want to sell something than you have to sell yourself first, Customers first look goes on the seller or his comfort and latter on the item he wish to buy. Enhancing the quality of support

I love this app because its user friendly. The collection of songs and instrumental is fairly good. What is not appreciated is that the lyrics in some cases do not match with the actual songs which is irritating. The main aspect of my displeasure about this app is the quality of support. I was a paid member earlier but unfortunately could not take advantage of the benefits due to some technical reason. However, your customer support team never prompted or came to my help to link my phone to my membership. Though I was mostly using the app from my registered phone for the songs and music, it was always treated as separate free membership and was never linked to my paid membership. I have been paying the membership fee for couple of years but never was I prompted to link my phone to the paid membership. Finally, I withdrew my subscription as your support team never did anything in this regard. I thing your customer team should have acted more professionally rather than sitting quietly since the subscription was coming without any hassle. I hope your customer care need to be little proactive in this regard to help the customer to get what he is paying for.

FRAOUDS & WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

Im a Gaana plus member since 2 years now. But I was no longer interested in continuing with it anymore. On 14th Dec’20 I was charged with my saved card details without my authorisation. I got this msg at 12:19 am I immediately sent the chat to customer support saying I have been charged without my knowledge please cancel the membership & issue me refund! But the guy named DANISH in customer support, writes me that it’s impossible to be charged without the pin & otp inspite of it being mentioned in the msgs that I was charged without pin/ otp in the screenshot I sent to him. He addresses me as SIR shows me a number which doesn’t belong to me, and says we sent a renewal msgs on that number inspite of that number not being my registered authorised number!! Says I should be talking to my bank about card details been stolen but we can’t refund you!!What the hell is this!? Don’t you guys have any responsibility towards your members??? Or are you in such bad losses that you need to loot & keep the customer’s money this way???I NEED MY REFUND!!
