The concept and design of the ring is great. It looks good and not cheap. The app, on the other hand….Its far too crowded. There’s too many things happening at once. I don’t need the skincare, there’s too many things happening on the home page. Make it simpler, cut it down. Put all the experts in one place. Home page : Open the home page with today’s performance rather than the carousel with the fitness, skincare thing. The 1st priority for your user when they open the app is to track progress, not go thru your carousel. Everything after the “What goal” section is just unnecessary and repetitive. Nutrition page:Open the nutrition page with “Your last logged food.” Why do I have to scroll so much and through so much advertisement to get to my progress?Community :This is the best page you have. Bottom tabs: I’d recommend you remove the skincare thing. It doesn’t make sense for it to be so prominent but if you need to keep it, keep it before the Community section on the bottom tab.

I have been using their smart ring and the app for almost a year now and it is genuinely impressive. The ring itself is extremely easy to use and the app has a clean interface, smooth navigation, and very easy to understand, even if you are not very tech savvy. It presents insights clearly without overwhelming you with unnecessary data. What really stands out, though, is the customer service. They are quick, responsive and very friendly. I did run into an issue with my ring but the support team was quick enough to handle the situation well, which added a lot of trust to the overall experience. Definitely recommend Gabit to anyone who is just starting their fitness journey :)

It’s been more than one and half months that order has been placed for smart ring along with confirmation of ring size but these people keep on extending the estimated delivery date by one weeks time at their own convenience. Still after one and half months, the estimated delivery time is showing after 10 days. Their Customer support is equally pathetic . On order status enquiry, They just send you standard replies that we’re trying to dispatch your order very soon and we’ll ship your order. Nothing more than that. Their call centre hardly ever picks up the phone via the app. And when they pick up rarely then same stereotype replies and very conveniently they give an estimated date within 2-3 days time to pacify you without giving any reason whatsoever. Some are rude even. Contemplating to cancel the order with a full refund. They’re are other better service providers than this.

They’ve arranged for a size replacement, and I’m currently waiting for the new one to arrive.Overall, the experience has been great—both the product and the team behind it have exceeded my expectations.
